Kantar announced as headline sponsor of EIAC Conference 2022

The PRCA Equity & Inclusion Advisory Council (EIAC) has announced Kantar as the headline sponsor of its The Change for Good: Progressing the Equity & Inclusion Agenda in a New Business Era Conference on 20th September in London.

The announcement follows the news that inspirational speaker Toby Mildon will headline the second annual EIAC Conference. Delegates can expect to hear expert speakers tackle a range of topics including, tracking progress and embedding accountability, the importance of representation in positions of leadership, the gender, ethnicity and disability pay gaps, the future of work and much more.

Kantar offers insight and actionable recommendations to clients on a global scale. They have a rounded understanding of people around the world focusing on how they think, feel and act in over 90 markets.

Tickets are free and are available here.

Nadach Musungu, Inclusion Lead at Kantar and Abhijeet Roy, Growth Leader CX & EX said:

"As diversity reaches a new tipping point, businesses today face a new and different mandate. Kantar has uncovered compelling evidence for organisations to be more inclusive in their company culture and strategy to stay more relevant with higher engagement and ultimately boost the bottom line.

"Globally millions have been spent on DEI initiative and programmes, all in the effort to address the demand for more equitable and inclusive organisational systems. Partnering with PRCA through the ‘Change for Good: Progressing the equity & inclusion agenda in a new business era’, Kantar’s Inclusion Index investigates if DEI investments have landed in the right places, whether businesses are moving the needle and assess where the DEI conversation is heading in the future.

"Kantar had developed the Inclusion Index with a mission to enable organisations to measure, understand and track their own progress in developing an inclusive workforce at a local or global scale."
