Lobbyists Predict: Truss to Win Easily

A poll of the leading U.K. public affairs practitioners published today reveals the overwhelming view that Liz Truss will be elected Conservative Party Leader on Monday. ​

In the poll of the 42 leading public affairs leaders in the U.K. -conducted by the PRCA, the self regulatory body for lobbying practitioners- 41 predicted Truss would win; with only one predicting a victory for Rishi Sunak.

The central prediction for her winning margin was 62% to 38%.
