MICA offers masterclass led by the producer talent behind Clarkson, Hammond and May

The Motor Industry Communications Association (MICA) is hosting a “From TV to TikTok” masterclass on 10th May, offering expert advice on how to secure broadcast and streaming airtime on the biggest channels and platforms.

The masterclass will explore how to get a brand or product on TV, YouTube, or be covered by prominent TikTok influencers. Delegates will hear advice on:

- Pitching for long, medium and short lead-time broadcast, and know what information they need about products ahead of time
- Growing a YouTube channel from zero and keeping on top of the platform’s algorithm
- Working with YouTube talent
- Developing relationships with broadcast media producers and researchers
- Understanding and defining the value of long and short lead-time broadcast, both for agencies and in-house PRs.

Andy Wilman, executive producer of motoring hit Top Gear, and now executive producer of Amazon's The Grand Tour, will be the keynote speaker. He will be joined by CarWow’s Mat Watson, TikTok’s automotive lead Jack Carter, and Founder and Creator of the popular Driver61 YouTube channel, Scott Mansell.

To book masterclass places, which are free to members of MICA and available at a one-off non-member launch price of £20, visit here.
