PRCA announces Sprint Partners as its first-ever growth and new business partner

The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) has today announced Sprint Partners as its first-ever growth and new business partner.

Sprint Partners is a specialist management consultancy for marketing agencies and in-house teams, designed to help senior leaders achieve double-digit growth with half the complexity.

By combining elite sports performance principles with proven business strategy, Sprint Partners supports organisations to sharpen their positioning, build smarter growth strategies and deliver breakthrough work.

In 2025, PRCA Matchmaker worked with Sprint Partners to host a series of business–focused breakfast roundtables for PRCA Communication Management Standard (CMS) members. James Thomlinson, Founder and CEO of Sprint Partners, was also one of the speakers at the first-ever PRCA NewBizFest, which took place in London and was later hosted in Glasgow.

As a PRCA Matchmaker partner for 2026, Sprint Partners will work closely with the PRCA across a programme of activity, including roundtables in London and the regions and nations.

Debbie Little, Head of Matchmaker, said

“I’m buzzing with excitement. James is truly brilliant and we’ve got some excellent Matchmaker roundtable sessions and wider activities planned for 2026.”

It will also deliver new business and agency growth thought leadership, and a range of initiatives focused exclusively on agency new business performance and expansion.

Through the partnership, PRCA members will gain access to senior-level discussion, practical insight, and proven approaches to winning and retaining the right clients.

PRCA CEO Sarah Waddington CBE, said:

“New business and sustainable agency growth are critical challenges for our members. Matchmaker was created to address exactly that, and Sprint Partners brings a unique and highly relevant perspective to the table. It’s great to welcome them as partners.”

James Thomlinson, Founder & CEO of Sprint Partners, said:

"I'm delighted Sprint Partners will be working side-by-side with the PRCA and its members in 2026. Partnering with the world's largest professional body for public affairs, PR, and communications is a significant opportunity. I'm excited to work with Sarah, Debbie and the team, who share our ambition and energy to make a real difference to the industry."
