PRCA calls for Independent Non-Executive Directors

The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) has recently upgraded its governance and has chosen to bring independent scrutiny into its leadership structures, reflecting best practice membership organisation Governance practice.

The organisation is looking for two independent, remunerated Directors. One of these roles will be the independent directors’ lead on the Audit and Risk Committee. PRCA seeks to champion equality, diversity and inclusion in its employment and participation practices, so any person can apply, with assistance if needed, and will be considered as long as they meet the requisite skill and experience requirements.

Applications must be received by 30 October 2023. Further details, including the interactive application form, can be found here.
