Property House Marketing appoints Lisa Flounders as Managing Director

Property House Marketing (PHM) has announced the appointment of Lisa Flounders as Managing Director with its founder Nikki Ackerley taking on the role of Chairman.

Nikki Ackerley who celebrated thirty years in property journalism and PR in June 2021 said: “Lisa has been instrumental in the continued success of PHM and I’m delighted she will be taking over responsibility for all the day-to-day operations and new business development.”

The change reflects PHM’s continued growth and its range of services to developers, housing associations and other property companies. Alongside its media relations, award writing and social media expertise, the agency continues to expand its public consultation service, heading up communications and public engagement on major pre-planning projects for clients including St Edward and VIVID. PHM is also evolving its digital services, in influencer marketing – including collaborations for long-term clients Berkeley and Broadway Living – and in the facilitation and hosting of virtual events.

Lisa’s PR career started in the charity sector before she moved into financial services, investment and property, working for a global communications consultancy. She specialised in media relations and corporate communications for international investment management firms and consumer money brands. Lisa joined PHM in 2016 and became a director in 2019.

Commenting on her appointment Lisa said: “The pandemic presented many challenges and opportunities, not least in how the property industry communicates, and I’m very proud to be leading PHM through the post-pandemic era and building on the success and reputation that PHM has achieved.”
