PRCA CEO Sarah Waddington CBE Named Among 2025 Inspiring Leaders

The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) is proud to announce that its CEO, Sarah Waddington CBE, has been recognised as one of the winners of the 2025 Inspiring Leaders Awards, presented by the Inspiring Workplaces Group (IWG) in partnership with RADICL.

The Inspiring Leaders Awards celebrate exceptional “People First” leaders who go above and beyond to create positive, people-centric workplace cultures. Winners are nominated by their employees and selected based on their ability to communicate purpose, build trust, lead inclusively, and empower their teams to thrive.

Sarah Waddington CBE’s recognition reflects her unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive, values-driven culture at the PRCA and across the wider public relations industry.

The PRCA congratulates all the winners of the 2025 Inspiring Leaders Awards for their exceptional contributions to building workplaces where people can thrive.

Matt Manners, CEO and Founder of the Inspiring Workplaces Group, commented:

“These awards celebrate those exceptional leaders who make a tangible, positive impact, setting a standard of empathy, integrity and vision that resonates throughout their teams. You can see that by the testimonials their colleagues shared about them in the entry process. They are the catalysts for change, sparking innovation, engagement, a sense of belonging and proving that leadership is about elevating others as much as oneself. Congratulations.”
